Today in my iGoogle page, the top "news story of interest" was about Lil' Wayne, a rapper who is actually (physically, anyway) a grown man, despite the confusing nature of the adjective antecedent to his name. (I realize most of you know precisely who he is; however. this blog is confoundingly prolific when it comes to acquiring mom-aged readers, and therefore Lil' Wayne may not be recognized with absolute ubiquity.)
This "top story" indicated that Lil' Wayne was worried that he might have some imminent legal trouble brewing from a woman claiming to have produced a fifth illegitimate child. The previous 4 were all with different women, 2 of which were born about 2 months apart. Classy.
How does this happen more than once, let alone 4 times? He certainly can't blame Catholicism, Mormonisim, Utah public education, nor extreme right wing Christianity for that level of contraceptive ignorance. He is apparently finding out the hard way that a girl-on-top can still get pregnant. Someone needs to clue him in. Although, making a gazillion dollars a year probably makes one less worried about child support bills, and therefore contraceptive measures. I don't even want to imagine the WayneTD's that guy is farming out.
Behold, your role model.

Just so you can be proud, or maybe embarrassed, this 'mom aged reader' knew exactly who he was. :p Granted, I didn't know what a disgusting piece of work he was so thanks for the info.
LOL. By "mom-aged reader", did you mean YOUR mom-aged? Cause "mom aged" could be 15 now days...
And that is perhaps even the age of Lil' Wayne's baby mamas too!
Sick. Lil Wayne makes my stomach churn, and I've been known to drop it low many a time. How this happened is beyond me.
confused. by so many things.
BWAHHAHAAHAH this is one of the funniest Blogs ive read in ages. You definetly made my day. I like Lil Wayne and his music. I know its pretty dumb wat his doin but we needa look at it from a different perspective. He is exposed to FAME and alot of it, he gets paid millions, recently was released from prison because he had drug possession. Thats just the way Fame is nowadays all drugs, money and sex. I understand from ur perspective as a mother but me as a tennager. I put all thing aside from his life and just enjoy his music. It the way life is.....
still so confused.
so many questions.
blog comments raising more questions than answers.
Meg: 15 was the age of his first baby mama. Or, 15 was his age. I'd assume she was near.
Cherry: My perspective as a mother? I'm a 28 year old gentleman, thank you.
Fame has nothing to do with it. There are plenty of famous people who manage to not impregnate up to 5 women. There are also plenty of ignorant non-famous men who manage to impregnate up to 5 women. It stems from a culture of ignorance and poverty. Fame has little to do with it.
Dave: About what are you confused? What are your questions?
the comments, fish. the comments.
drop it low? (wtf?)
the rising culture of illiteracy, aided by text messaging.
These are the things I am confused about.
Illiteracy is McDonald's fault.
I assume drop it low is some term for dancing, possibly in reference to something Mr. Lil' Wayne says in a song.
e.g. "I like to, at times, 'drop it like its hot' just as much as the next homie," in reference to Snoop.
bahahahahaha. Awesome. I almost wanted a Free Weezy t-shirt while he was put away for the last 9 months. I resisted. now I'm almost glad I did.
One upside to him being in jail for a time-he was probably unable to impregnate anyone while there. Although, it is quite possible somebody tried to impregnate HIM.
We may never know.
If I ever met a man who was heavily-tattooed, had a grill, children out of wedlock, and a prison record, I'd probably try to have his babies, too. That's pretty much everything I look for in a man.
